We have blocked rooms for our guests at three separate hotels. All hotels are relatively equidistant from the venue. Please use the links below to reserve your rooms.
There are many other hotels and AirBnB’s in the Austin area if you wish to book elsewhere. Please note that the Austin City Limits (ACL) music festival is running October 1-10th. We expect this year’s music festival to be quite large as it was cancelled last year. So be sure to book any hotels, accommodations, and car rentals well in advance! When driving to the venue, also be on the look out for toll roads. Austin toll roads can be a bit confusing and sneaky! However, don’t worry, there are many non-toll roads available that will take you to the venue within 30 minutes.
Courtyard Austin Airport
Group rates will be held till 9/24/21. If you are flying in and want a close stay to the airport, this hotel is a great location! It’s also 10-15 minutes from downtown Austin and close to many local attractions. The hotel offers free shuttle rides to and from Austin Bergstrom International airport. Please call the hotel at 512-386-7464 to schedule shuttle times.
Holiday Inn- Austin Midtown
Group rates will be held till 9/16/21. This hotel offers complimentary breakfast up to four people per room (who doesn’t love free food?!). The location of this hotel is a great midpoint between downtown Austin and the venue. It is also about a 10 minute drive from the Meuller Park area, which is one of Shruti’s favorite spots in town. The Meuller area has multiple restaurants, bars, a shopping area, and a nice park that offers a local farmers market on Sunday mornings.
Courtyard Austin-Pflugerville
Group rates will be held till 9/15/21. If you prefer to stay away from the hustle and bustle but still want to be within a 30-40 minute drive to downtown Austin, this hotel is a great choice! The hotel is a newly constructed and has a chic outdoor pool area to cool off in between festivities.
